The Noosa River is the region’s living heart. Sparkling, serene and sun-kissed, it provides both a superb scenic backdrop and a rich playground for water sports fans.
Winding lazily up from the sensationally scenic Noosa Spit along the side of Gympie Terrace and Tewantin, it continues flowing all the way up to Lake Cooroibah, The Everglades and beyond.
Along the way, it meanders past Noosa Yacht & Rowing Club, Richard Branson’s hang-out on Makepeace Island, the North Shore and Boreen Point.
The river is the perfect playground for paddlers, jet-skiers, boaties, yachties and fishing fans.
